Reinout van Kalleveen MBA BSc (1959) studied Economics and Business Administration at the Wageningen University. He started his career at ABNAMRO Bank, and switched to the ING Bank after 5 years, where he worked in an international position. After this period, he became CFO at the Directorate for Media and was the financial advisor of various Ministers of Education, Culture and Science. In 1999, he left this position at the Government and worked as president/shareholder of a Television production company, after which he was general manager of the Dutch business news broadcaster RTL-Z.

In 2002, Reinout set up an independent executive development practice, and worked as an executive coach, assessor and management consultant. In 2005, the psychological consultancy firm GITP asked him to lead their executive-coaching practice which he did for more than six years. Reinout then joined Jonathan Warner in 2015. His approach is ‘clear, concise & to the point’, his style is pragmatic and direct, but also diplomatic.

Reinout wrote a trilogy, interweaving non fiction with lessons in management. His last management book (‘Leadership through coaching, tools for executives’), was published in 2015 by the Danish company ‘Bookboon. Reinout van Kalleveen is a member of the International Society for Coaching Psychology, as well as of the Industrial-Organizational Psychology Network.
