Dorien Gruppelaar

Assessment adviser and personal coach

Dorien studied Psychology and the University of Groningen. After holding some commercial positions outside of her current field of expertise, she started her career as psychologist with Ernst & Young van der Giessen (EY). She switched to LTP Business Psychologists as senior consultant in 2003. In her role as assessment adviser, she focussed strongly on talent and management development. During this period, she completed several 360-degree feedback projects, gave trainings and held review sessions on both personal- and leadership development.

Over the years, Dorien has grown to be a popular coach for both individual clients and teams. With LTP she increasingly fulfilled the role of account- and project manager, and thus was responsible for large accounts and large-scale projects.

In June 2014, she found her own practice and joined Jonathan Warner. Dorien is remarkable for her energetic and kind style, but also for her crisp analyses and sharp recommendations. Dorien creates calm and open environments, making her successes appear almost self-evident. Dorien has worked for various financial institutions, such as ABN AMRO, DNB, ING and Rabobank, for several ministries, and for companies such as PostNL, NS, Schiphol and KLM.
