Arjan Eleveld is a psychologist by training, worked in various management positions and now counts over 23 years of experience in consultancy. He worked in various (executive) positions at Gist-brocades (now DSM), management consulting firm ATKearney and at, its previously subsidiary firm,  KPN.  Arjan was involved in the division of KPN and became responsible for the flotation of TPG in 1998, predecessor of TNT and PostNL.

In November 1998, he became CEO of LTP, which would stay under his leadership for 16 years. Concurrent with his leaving in November 2014, LTP was elected best HR consultancy firm in the Netherlands. Besides his work at Jonathan Warner, he is president of GAPI, an international alliance for consultancy firms.

Arjan Eleveld has authored two management books. The last book, ‘Echt’ (real, genuine) was published in January 2016. Moreover, he wrote countless articles on leadership.

Arjan Eleveld regularly advises on executive level appointments. He also works with executives to improve their collaboration and he supports executive teams in a variety of other matters. Over the years, he has advised a great number of companies and organizations, both in the Netherlands and abroad.
